Executive Virtual Assistant — Credit Repair + Funding Ops + Corps/UCC (Hybrid Role)

Responsibilities
Credit Repair & Data Furnishers
Draft/submit dispute letters, affidavits, Metro 2 and factual disputes.
Handle sweeps with Early Warning, LexisNexis, ChexSystems and other third-party data furnishers.
File/track complaints (CFPB, FTC, BBB).
Maintain precise logs and status for each client profile.

Funding & Corps / UCC
Create corporations from scratch, state-to-state, using our method (no third-party services).
Assist with aged-corp setup and maintenance.
Prepare/file UCC-1 under trust/corp secured positions.
Draft/maintain trust documents, affidavits, notarized records, compliance files.
Build/track Net30 vendors for tradeline reporting.
Support QuickBooks (invoices, payments, reconciliations, directed money movement).

Tech & Security
Proxy socks + VPN use is mandatory (non-negotiable) for secure U.S. portal access and multi-account operations.
Handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Funding Research
Stay current on best cards/lenders; actively monitor:

Produce simple recommendations when asked (card targets, sequencing, issuer rules).

Requirements
Proven credit-repair experience (inquiries, collections, charge-offs, bankruptcies).
Hands-on with Early Warning / LexisNexis / ChexSystems workflows.
Ready to master corp formation, UCC filings, trust docs fast.
Organized, detail-driven, and system-exact.
Tech-fluent (Docs, Sheets, QuickBooks or similar).
Strong written English for legal-style documents.
Comfortable operating behind VPN/proxy socks daily.

Compensation
$1,000/month starting (full-time, 40 hrs/week).
Raises to $1,500–$2,000/month with proven performance.
Funding bonuses available on top of base pay.
