This role involves working within a team of Sales specialists setting up meeting for the sales director of Australias largest surveying company.

This is a full time home base role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Phone Outreach
Managing scaled outbound phone calls to prospects. Building relationships and negotiating potential clients to set appoints.

CRM
Manage all contacts in CRM with a high level of detail and care.

HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED
- Number of outbound calls per day
- Number of appointments set
- Number of follow up actions completed
- Conversion rate from phone call to appointment

HOW YOU WILL BE COMPENSATED
- Extremely attractive base salary
- 13th Month Pay Bonus
- Commission for each appointment set

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- at least 6 months outbound sales experiences
- native level of spoken and written english. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE PERFECT ENGLISH
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of account management and communications.
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Very high level of organisational and time management skills.
