We are looking to hire a remote worker with strong customer service and communication skills, preferably with experience in the construction and home improvement industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, handling inbound calls, and managing related office tasks.
The daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Outreach – Making outgoing calls per customer (at different times of the day) and answering inbound calls. In addition,
- CRM & Office Production – Inputting information into our CRM system and assisting with general office production tasks.
- Business Development – Calling and
- Permits & Vendor Calls – Assisting with permit pulling, as well as handling phone sales and inquiries with vendors (e.g., Home Depot and other suppliers).
- Subcontractor Outreach – Calling and interviewing contractors to identify qualified subcontractors for our projects.
- Additional Tasks – Supporting other assignments and directions as needed to help streamline office operations.
