Job Offer 1 – YouTube VA (Scriptwriting + Editing + Shorts Creation)

We are looking for a YouTube VA to run 2 channels in the Reddit-storytelling niche.

Tasks (per day, for each channel):

Create 3 long-form videos (each at least 35 minutes long)

From each long video, make 1 short (2:30–2:59 min) by cutting the first part and speeding it up slightly

Create 4 extra shorts (2:30–3 min, original new stories)

Pay:

$600/month for scriptwriting, editing, and shorts creation

$650/month if you also handle uploads

Requirements:

Strong English writing and editing skills

Reliable internet and ability to meet daily deadlines

Must provide examples of previous work (scripts, edited videos, shorts)

Must understand Reddit-style storytelling (hook, build-up, twist, emotional impact)

Must know how to make Shorts satisfying to watch with proper pacing and speed

Job Offer 2 – YouTube Shorts Creator + Uploader

We are hiring another person to handle high-volume Shorts creation.

Tasks (per day):

Create 20 shorts (2:30–3 min Reddit-style stories)

Upload 4 shorts across 5 channels

Pay:

$350/month

Requirements:

Experience in scriptwriting or video editing

Reliable internet and ability to meet daily deadlines

Must provide examples of previous work (shorts or edited videos)

Must understand Reddit storytelling style and how to write/edit them correctly

Must understand how to make Shorts engaging, satisfying, and fast-paced
