We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This role combines project management, operations, and organizational leadership to drive execution, improve efficiency, and support decision-making at the highest level. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently and is a self-starter, leader, and problem-solver who can operate under pressure with patience and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner directly with executive leadership to manage priorities, initiatives, and organizational alignment.
Lead and oversee diverse projects that are constantly changing, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and shifting priorities are met.
Build, maintain, and optimize systems in Notion to organize projects, track performance, and streamline workflows.
Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration using Slack, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.
Prepare reports, strategic briefs, and executive presentations using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
Anticipate leadership needs and proactively solve problems with a critical-thinking mindset.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Remain calm and effective under high-stress conditions, with exceptional patience and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in operations, project management, consulting, or executive support.
Strong proficiency with Notion, Google Workspace or Microsoft Suite, and Slack.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with outstanding communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Technologically savvy and quick to adopt new tools and systems.
Independent, proactive, and able to lead initiatives with minimal oversight.
Curious, driven, and eager to learn — with a willingness to explore new ideas, discover solutions, and continuously grow.
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a mindset for tackling challenges head-on.
Resilient and resourceful, capable of navigating fast-changing, high-pressure situations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with C-level executives or founders.
Background in consulting, strategy, operations, or business administration.
Familiarity with remote-first or fast-growing startup environments.
