AI Automation Developer (Part-time, EST hours)

20 hours per week
Monday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Start date: immediate
Time tracking in Hubstaff during the approved window

Compensation
Starting pay: $5.00 per hour

Paid trial. Strong performance can lead to additional hours and a path to full-time.

Role Overview
We are hiring an AI Automation Developer with 1+ year of hands-on n8n experience. You will begin by building internal automations, then maintain and expand client workflows as part of our AI Automation team.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain automation workflows in n8n
Integrate affordable AI tools and APIs as needed
Troubleshoot and optimize existing client workflows
Create clear documentation and handoffs
Research and test tools that reduce cost and improve reliability

Requirements

1+ year working with n8n in production
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, auth, and workflow logic
Experience with at least one AI tool or API (OpenAI, open source LLMs, or similar)
Ability to design scalable and maintainable workflows
Reliable communication, accountability, and on-time delivery during EST hours

Nice to Have

Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, or lightweight AI agents
Background in SaaS or startup environments
Client-facing support or maintenance experience
