Amazon VA

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Online Arbitrage (OA) and Wholesale. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with proven skills in Keepa and SellerAmp. Experience with SmartScout is a strong plus.

This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position, with required availability during U.S. Eastern Time daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities
• Product Sourcing (Daily)
Research and identify profitable OA/wholesale products.
Generate and deliver a daily lead list.
• Purchasing & Restocking
Manage purchases, restock profitable ASINs, and track inventory.
• Wholesale Outreach
Contact distributors and brands to secure wholesale accounts.
• Tax Exemption
Register accounts for sales tax exemption where applicable.
• Prep Center Reconciliation
Track inbound/outbound shipments and reconcile with prep center records.
• Reporting & Accountability
Submit daily reports with key KPIs (e.g., leads sourced, purchases made, tasks accomplished).
Join weekly one-on-one meetings to review performance and priorities.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of Amazon VA experience in OA and wholesale.
• Strong knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp; familiarity with SmartScout is a plus.
• Experience with sourcing, account management, and inventory restocking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week during U.S. ET daytime hours.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting.
