We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a client with ongoing content management and basic digital marketing tasks. This role involves handling recurring responsibilities, ensuring consistency across platforms, and helping keep content organized and professional.
Responsibilities:
- Upload and publish blog posts to WordPress
- Source and add appropriate images to blog posts
- Share published blog content on
- Update the website testimonials page with new Yelp and Google reviews
- Ensure all published materials are professional, consistent, and aligned with client branding
- Track published content and maintain a simple content log for client reference
- Collaborate with the client during the initial setup (e.g., WordPress access, workflow walkthrough)
Requirements:
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Basic proficiency in WordPress (blog posting, page updates)
- Familiarity with
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established workflows
- Experience with basic digital marketing tasks (content scheduling, light image sourcing) preferred
- Reliable, organized, and able to take ownership of recurring tasks
Hours & Schedule:
- Estimated 5–10 hours per week to start
