VA Social Media Manager – Content Repurposing & Scheduling

???? We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Virtual Assistant)

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager VA with proven experience in content creation and posting, ideally in founder-led or AI-focused brands.
This role is part of our EchoSystem™ — a framework that helps SaaS founders turn one weekly content capture into omnichannel authority and predictable demo bookings.

???? Core Responsibilities

Repurpose weekly founder video/audio into engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok.

Create original assets in Canva (carousels, reels, graphics, audiograms).

Write captions in a clear, founder-authentic voice, optimized with relevant hashtags.

Schedule posts using Buffer, Hootsuite, or GoHighLevel.

Manage engagement: reply to comments, DMs, and community conversations.

Track analytics and update a weekly performance dashboard.

Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visuals.

???? Requirements & Nice-to-Haves

2–3 years of experience in social media content creation and management.

Strong written English and social-native intuition.

Prior experience creating and posting for founders, coaches, or AI/tech-driven brands.

Basic AI knowledge (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, or AI trends) to stay relevant in niche discussions.

Proficiency in Canva; solid eye for graphic design and short-form video trends.

Familiarity with Buffer, Hootsuite, or GoHighLevel or equivalent platforms for amazing content strategy and creation

Proactive communicator; comfortable taking initiative.

? Role Details

Hours: Part-time (20–30 hrs/week) with potential for full-time.

Pay Range: $4–$7/hr (Philippines-based).
