Virtual Assistant – Weekly Content, Social Media & Admin Support (Growth Role)

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to start with a small but important weekly workflow (~1–2 hours per week):

Weekly Tasks (to start):

Download my yoga class video + transcript from Zoom.
Run transcript through ChatGPT (template provided).
Update my tracking spreadsheet.
Rename the video file and upload it to Sync.com.
Maintain and promote on social media (using my existing posts/templates).
Begin light SEO updates on my WordPress website (adding meta descriptions, alt text, etc.).

This is a consistent weekly role. It begins small but will grow as we work together.

Future Growth Opportunities:

Inbox and email management.
Newsletter support (Mailchimp).
More advanced SEO and website updates.
Video editing (cropping Zoom videos, adding logos, intros/outros).
Event administration (registrations and automated reminders).

Requirements:

Reliable internet connection.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Comfortable with Zoom, cloud storage, and simple AI tools (ChatGPT).
Familiarity with social media posting.
Bonus: Experience with SEO, Canva, Buffer, WordPress, and video editing.

Pay:
$20 USD/month (=$5/week) for approx. 1–2 hours weekly.

Paid monthly via PayPal.
Pay and hours will increase as tasks expand.
