Figma UX Designer

We’re Hiring a Full-Time UX Designer (Figma-Focused)
Join our team at True Nature Meats to shape how people shop, learn, and connect with our mission. Your main tool will be Figma, designing clean, conversion-friendly interfaces that are functional, personal, and aligned with our brand.

-----What You’ll Do-----
-Improve user journeys, shopping flows, and mobile UX
-Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
-Design landing pages, content layouts, and visual assets
-Maintain a responsive, accessible design system
-Support launches, campaigns, and site updates
-Join 1–2 weekly video meetings


------What We’re Looking For-----
-Strong UX/UI design skills with deep Figma experience
-Understanding of eCommerce and conversion-focused design
-Responsive, mobile-first, and accessibility best practices
-Fluent English and clear communication
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and independent
Bonus: graphic design, motion, or UX writing skills


-----Working Hours----
Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM Philippine Standard Time (with 1-hour lunch) (Some times may need to have a early meeting)

----Compensation----
Up to $3200 USD/month depending on skills and experience
