Job Title: Vendor Acquisition Coordinator – Software & Security Solutions

Job Description:
The Vendor Acquisition Coordinator will be charged with organizing/managing inflow and outflow of information between the company and clients as well as customers in relation to software and antivirus security products. This position goes beyond maintaining vendor compliance and product knowledge to facilitating vendor communication, delivering solutions on time, and providing client support of a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main communication link among the vendors, the client, and the customer about the software and security products.
Plan and control activities related to product orders, licensing, renewals, and delivery.
Give explanations and advise about antivirus and other software solutions.
Lead vendor agreements with an eye on company standards and customer requirements.
Receive client questions, solve product issues, and, if the problem is beyond your expertise, refer it to the technical staff.
Regularly update the records of vendor communications, contracts, and also product details.
Work with sales and support teams for customer service and support.
Monitor the vendor’s work and gather clients’ opinions about it to write reports for the management.

Qualifications:
Degree in Business, IT, or an associated field of study at the undergraduate level (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong organizational skills.
The candidate with experience of vendor management, software products, or IT security will be given preference in the process of recruitment.
The skill of multitasking as well as managing time in a way that deadlines are met effectively.
