Lead Generator – Hospitality Staffing

Stellar Personnel is a fast-growing hospitality staffing company providing top-tier staff for restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and event venues across Canada. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a driven Lead Generator to join our remote team.

Role Overview

As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to hospitality businesses, introducing our staffing services, and qualifying opportunities for our operations and sales teams. This role is outbound-focused and requires persistence, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Research and build prospect lists of restaurants, hotels, caterers, event venues, and hospitality groups.

Cold call, email, and message potential clients to introduce Stellar Personnel’s services.

Use Zoho CRM daily to manage leads, log activities, and ensure accurate data entry.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers.

Consistently hit weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation.

Must-Have Requirements

Proven experience using Zoho CRM (mandatory).

2+ years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales.

Excellent spoken and written English communication.

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and prospecting.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently on night shifts (PH time).

Salary & Benefits

?35,000 – ?40,000/month (commensurate with experience).

Performance bonuses for meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
