WordPress Website Update

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress professional to update and improve my existing website. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and has both technical and design skills.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain website content (text, images, pages, blog posts, etc.).

Customize and optimize the current WordPress theme for design and responsiveness.

Install, configure, or update plugins as needed.

Improve site performance (loading speed, mobile responsiveness, security).

Ensure SEO best practices (meta tags, keywords, headings, alt text, etc.).

Provide recommendations for design or functionality improvements.

Set up regular backups and perform troubleshooting if issues arise.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with WordPress themes and plugins.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP (for minor customizations).

Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Experience with SEO optimization and website performance tools.

Familiarity with website security practices.

(Optional) Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

(Optional) WooCommerce experience if e-commerce is needed.

Tools/Integrations (if applicable)

The website is currently using Kadence.

Understanding of email marketing integrations (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.).

Experience with Google Analytics/Search Console.

Ideal Candidate
