Jewelry Sourcing VA

I’m the founder of KDrop Collective, a jewelry brand specializing in stainless steel, gold PVD, and fashion-forward designs. I’m looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant (20 hrs/week) to help me research, evaluate, and manage jewelry suppliers.

You’ll act as my partner in finding reliable manufacturers, organizing supplier info, and negotiating MOQs and samples.
Responsibilities:

Research suppliers for stainless steel, gold PVD, and mixed metal jewelry.

Compare suppliers on MOQ, price, lead times, and reliability.

Negotiate MOQ/sample requests and follow up with factories.

Maintain a supplier database/scorecard with images, prices, and notes.

Provide me with shortlists of 3–5 suppliers per requ

Requirements:

Excellent English (written & spoken).

Strong research and organizational skills.

Familiarity with jewelry, fashion accessories, or product sourcing.

Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel (ClickUp knowledge is a plus).

Detail-oriented, persistent, and able to communicate professionally with suppliers.
