Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
--Collect, analyze, and interpret data from Amazon Seller Central, Campaign Manager, and Brand Analytics
--Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and custom reports using Power BI, Excel, Google Suite, SQL and automation tools
--Track key performance metrics (e.g., TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, sessions, impressions) and surface trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
--Perform ad hoc data analysis for leadership and client-facing teams
--Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with insight-driven commentary
Strategic Insight & Collaboration
--Translate data into clear recommendations for optimization across PPC, listings, and conversion funnels
--Partner with Account Managers, CMOs, and Ops leaders to support campaign and client strategy
--Present findings and strategies during internal and client-facing reviews
Data Accuracy & Automation
--Conduct regular data audits and discrepancy checks to ensure report accuracy and integrity
--Collaborate with developers to automate recurring reports and improve data pipelines via Amazon APIs
--Implement or support AI-powered tools or forecasting models for trend analysis
Requirements:
--3+ years of experience in Amazon data analysis, reporting, or eCommerce analytics
--Deep understanding of Amazon metrics, performance drivers, and platform tools (Seller Central, Campaign Manager, etc.)
--Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and Power BI (or similar)
--Experience using or integrating Amazon APIs or working alongside data engineers/developers
--Strong communication skills — able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
--Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and accuracy
--Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced agency environment
--Experience with AI tools for data analysis or predictive modeling
--Background in working with multiple Amazon accounts or brands
--Familiarity with eCommerce competitive benchmarking or market share tools
