Virtual Assistant – Midjourney Image Prompting & File Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support an AI-generated content project. Your main task will be to generate images using Midjourney, organize them in randomized order, rename files in bulk, and deliver the completed set through cloud storage.

This role requires someone who can carefully follow instructions, work independently, manage repetitive tasks with accuracy, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Log into a Midjourney account and copy/paste prompts from a provided Google Sheet.

Manage the Midjourney queue (no more than 11 prompts at a time) while ensuring all prompts are processed.

Download generated images and verify that all renders are complete.

Organize images in random order (following provided video instructions to avoid repeating shot types).

Batch-rename all images to the format Image_###.png using an online renaming tool.

Verify the numbering sequence (001 ? final number) is complete, with no gaps or duplicates.

Upload final images to Google Drive or Dropbox.

Send the completed folder link via email to the client.

Provide updates on progress and immediately report issues (e.g., failed prompts, missing files).

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions.

Experience with Midjourney or other AI/image platforms is a plus (not required — training will be provided).

Comfortable handling bulk file downloads, renaming, and uploads.

Reliable internet connection and ability to manage large file transfers.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Drive, or Dropbox.
