Quantity Surveyor / Construction Estimator - Canadian

We produce 5-10 multi-family projects monthly using standardized BIM workflows. You'll own the complete cost analysis from model to tender.

Deliverables:

1. Quantity takeoffs directly from Revit models
2. Cost estimates using Canadian RS Means or similar
3. Value engineering recommendations
4. Tender package preparation

Requirements:

1. 3+ years estimating North American construction
2. Must work in Revit/BIM (not 2D takeoffs)
3. Able to produce estimates independently

Compensation:

- $ ---------- per complete estimate package
- Expect 4-6 packages monthly
