About the us:
We’re a content marketing agency publishing 2–3 expert blog posts per client each week (we have 4 clients now and will be adding another 5–10 soon). We write the articles that help our clients rank on Google and AI search.

What you’ll own:
Editorial Ops (no writing required)
- Move posts draft ? editorial QA ? SEO QA ? publish on schedule.
- Enforce client voice, style, and guardrails (we provide briefs; you refine them).
- Fix structure, headlines, intros, CTAs, minor grammar; request rewrites if needed.
On-Page SEO
- Titles/H1/H2s, slugs, meta, image alt + compression.
- Internal links (new post ? relevant pages) + retro-links from older content.
- Add FAQ sections when appropriate and apply Article/FAQ schema templates.
Performance & Reporting
- In GSC + GA4, track indexation, impressions/clicks, CTR, Top-10 keywords, engagement.
- In Ahrefs, watch target keyword movement; surface internal link and quick-win opportunities.
- Ship a weekly cohort report: wins, issues, actions, next-week focus.
Process & Quality
- Maintain client Voice Cards (tone, do/don’t, banned terms, claims sensitivity).
- Keep QA checklists, Internal Linking Log, and Weekly Tracker updated in Sheets.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 2+ years hands-on on-page SEO + editorial QA for blogs.
- Strong English; concise, actionable QA notes.
- Comfortable in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs; checklist-driven; deadline-reliable.
Hours & communication
- Part-time (~20 hrs/week) with at leas 2 hrs overlap (9–11am Pacific) for quick stand-ups/reviews.
