Affiliate Manager

We’re a fast-growing AI company with a strong global presence and a talented team based in the Philippines. We’re on the hunt for an Affiliate Manager who’s excited about affiliate marketing and thrives on building meaningful connections with partners.

What you’ll do:
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, helping them get set up for success
• Host weekly affiliate onboarding calls and keep the community engaged
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide top-notch support
• Collaborate with the design team and leverage AI tools to create promotional materials for affiliates
• Launch affiliate campaigns to support upcoming events and product launches
• Drive affiliate engagement, increase sales, and continuously improve program performance

What we’re looking for:
• Proven passion for affiliate marketing (experience managing affiliate programs is a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills – you love helping others succeed
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and collaborating with creative teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Proactive problem-solver who enjoys finding ways to improve processes
