Remote Cold Caller - Real Estate Curative Title Specialist (High Commission)

In this crucial role, you will be making and receiving calls to property owners. Your unique skill will be the ability to conduct real-time research while on live calls to identify and address complex title issues that prevent properties from being easily sold. This involves using provided tools and your quick thinking to understand the homeowner's situation and articulate how our Curative Title expertise can help them sell their property. You'll receive a base salary plus uncapped commissions for every home you help us acquire, offering virtually unlimited earning potential.

Job Highlights:
• Competitive Compensation: $5.00 hourly base pay, plus bonus on homes put under contract and an additional bonus for every home purchased.
