HVAC Lead Sourcing & Sales Virtual Assistant (Calls + Outreach, With Bonuses)

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us source HVAC customer leads and close HVAC businesses as paying clients.

Your role will be two-fold:

Find and verify HVAC leads — homeowners looking for air conditioning repair, installation, duct cleaning, furnace service, etc. (from free online sources).

Outreach & close HVAC companies — contact HVAC businesses by email and phone, provide sample leads, and secure paying clients.

This is a long-term position with performance bonuses for each client you close. You will represent our company in front of U.S.-based HVAC contractors, so clear English communication is a must.

Responsibilities

Source HVAC job requests from:


Facebook Marketplace & Groups (e.g., “Need AC repair ASAP”)

Craigslist “Services Wanted” & “Gigs”

Reddit city subs & HVAC forums

Nextdoor / local homeowner boards

Verify each lead (city, service type, details).

Log leads daily into Google Sheets (service, city, description, source link).

Call and email HVAC companies (scripts provided):

Offer 2–3 free sample leads.

Present pricing packages ($25–$50 per lead OR $500+ per month).

Follow up and close clients.

Deliver paid leads weekly via Google Sheets.

Provide a short daily update (leads found, calls made, clients contacted, results).

Requirements

Excellent spoken English (clear, confident for calls)

Strong written English (for professional emails)

Comfortable with cold calling U.S. businesses

Attention to detail (accurate data entry in Google Sheets)

Reliable internet + headset for calls

Motivated to perform & earn bonuses

Preferred (not required):

Call center / BPO background (outbound sales or customer service)

Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support

Familiarity with HVAC industry a plus

Pay & Incentives

Part-time to start (15–20 hrs/week), option to scale to full-time

Base rate: $4–$6/hour depending on experience

Performance Bonus: $25–$50 for every paying HVAC client you close

Pay weekly via PayPal, Wise, or your preferred method
