???? Job Post: Digital Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads + CRO)
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise our campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with a strong focus on high-converting CRO strategies and experience in the UK domestic market.
???? Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
Implement conversion-driven strategies to maximise ROI (not just clicks).
Apply CRO best practices, including:
Landing page recommendations (headlines, CTAs, form structure).
A/B testing of ads and landing pages.
Funnel optimisation to improve lead quality.
Heatmap/session analysis for UX improvements.
Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).
Provide clear, actionable weekly reports.
???? Requirements
Proven experience running Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for UK-based businesses (ideally tradesmen, home services, construction, or local lead-gen).
Strong background in conversion rate optimisation and lead funnel performance.
Experience running A/B tests and delivering measurable uplift in conversion rates.
Familiarity with UK search trends, consumer behaviour, and compliance (e.g., local ad policies).
Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Knowledge of landing page builders (WordPress, Webflow, Lovable).
Google Partner or Meta Blueprint certification.
Experience with regional/local targeting in the UK (e.g., London, Manchester, Birmingham).
