We’re Hiring: Full-Time Support Specialist

We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time Support Specialist to join our team!

Your Role Includes:

Answering emails and managing live chat inquiries.

Receiving and making phone calls with clients.

Onboarding new users to our platform via Google Meet/Zoom (strong English communication skills required).

Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (USA Time Zone).

Salary: $600 per month (180 hours – hourly based position).

Tools: Time Doctor (required for tracking).

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Previous customer support experience is a plus.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Professional, proactive, and committed to full-time work.
