Marketing Manager (AI Content and Social Media Growth) for Crypto Brand

We’re shaking up the crypto world with Bitcoin ATMs and in-store crypto access, and we need a badass Marketing Manager who knows how to stop the scroll, ride trends, and turn attention into action.

You’ll be working closely with our Marketing Director to execute growth campaigns, create short-form content using AI tools, manage social media, and track performance. This is a part-time freelance position (10–20 hrs/week) with the potential to scale if the fit is right.

Deliverables:
Creating 10–15 short-form videos/week (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Using AI tools like Runway, CapCut, ElevenLabs, or Synthesia
Writing scripts and crafting creative hooks for campaigns
Managing our presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X
Building and managing a simple content calendar
Tracking social media performance and suggesting optimizations
