Virtual Assistant – Multi-Brand Support

I am seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support multiple small brands across various industries, including healthcare, lifestyle, pet products, and author platforms. This role is ideal for someone tech-savvy, organized, and eager to grow with a dynamic, multi-brand company.

Key Responsibilities -

Website Support: Update, create, and maintain websites on Wix and ClickFunnels. Add new pages, landing pages, and simple design changes.
Social Media Support: Create and manage accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Schedule poss.
Content & Design: Create graphics, flyers, and social posts in Canva. Assist with product packaging inserts (thank-you cards, care tips).
Product & Market Research: Research suppliers for aftercare packages. Compare pricing and fulfillment options (bulk vs. drop shipping).
Outreach & Communication: Send templated emails to Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), podcast hosts, and event organizers for speaking engagements. Assist with follow-ups and contact tracking.
Administrative Support: Organize project tasks, checklists, and reports. Provide weekly updates on progress.
