Content creator and podcast producer

Hey there,

I'm Nipun Gupta, a podcast producer and host of the show Veni Vidi VC, I been doing podcast for a month(s) now and I need someone to do all the podcast editing like cleaning, balancing audio, reducing echo, etc. in a low cost but high quality output. Also, I would like someone to create original content for Instagram / Twitter posts using Snappa.io or Canva.

GRAPHIC DESIGN
I have attached a pic for example purposes. Someone should ideally take a look at my posting style and create 5 pictures on a monthly basis to post on my Instagram account (IG: nipunonstartups) to help out startup founders / entrepreneurs in creating a good pitch, running a company, and raising money.

PODCAST EDITING
I have raw audio files which I record for my podcast, but now need someone to paste the intro and outro before and after the recording, respectively. Also need to remove gaps within the recording and awkward pauses like cool etc. Looking for your help :)

Attaching an example of a podcast we produce, but I need better quality.
INPUT: Will be sharing a raw MP3 interview file for you to edit in addition to files for intro / outro, and music.

OUTPUT: In a production quality slightly better than the one attached here, including:
Editing out ums, ahs and stutters
Reducing mouth noise
Reducing levels of loud breaths or other unwanted sounds (background etc)
Tweaking slight echo in recording.
Saving files in .mp3 format and uploading completed files to a shared G Drive folder

Questions for you
- Have you edited audio / video files before ? Please submit a sample or an example.
- Are you comfortable with using Audacity ?
- Please share two example of graphics similar to my request that you have created in the past
