About Us

REVEX Virtual Assistance Services, based in Cristo Rey, Capas Tarlac, is seeking a highly experienced Accountant to join our fully remote team. While the role title is Accountant, the responsibilities align closely with those of a Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical accounting expertise with strategic thinking to drive financial clarity and efficiency for our clients.

Role Overview

This role is perfect for an experienced accounting professional with strong financial reporting, analysis, and client advisory skills. The successful candidate will leverage advanced accounting software and tools, provide insights, and manage day-to-day communication with clients, all while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial reporting, bookkeeping, and general ledger processes
- Support financial analysis and reporting activities
- Provide client advisory services and process optimization
- Utilize tools and technology for data fluency and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with accounting best practices

What We’re Looking For:

- Credentialed: CPA certification required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Big Four Background (Preferred): Experience at PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG is a strong plus
- Experience Working with U.S. Clients: Has direct experience supporting or managing accounting tasks for U.S.-based clients.
- Experienced & Analytical: Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience, ideally with small to mid-sized businesses
- Tech Savvy & Data Fluent: Proficient in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Client Focused: Skilled at advising clients and managing day-to-day communication
- Remote-Ready: Strong communication skills and reliable high-speed internet required
- Adaptable & Solution Oriented: Practical problem solver who delivers scalable solutions
- Accounting Firm Experience: Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly valued
