About Us:
We support small business owners and real estate professionals by creating websites that showcase their services and listings in a clean, modern, and effective way. We’re looking for a flexible Web Developer who can not only build websites but also serve as a digital partner, helping clients establish a strong online presence tailored to their industry.

Role Overview:
The Web Developer will design and build websites for small businesses and real estate agents, incorporating business information, property listings, and user-friendly features. The role also includes managing ad integrations and advising on the best platforms or tools for each project.

Position: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)
Work Schedule: TBD

Key Responsibilities:
*Build and customize websites for small business owners and real estate agents.
*Incorporate business details, location info, and property listings (similar to Zillow-style layouts, customized per client).
*Manage ads connected to client websites to support lead generation.
*Recommend platforms and tools; no fixed tech stack required (experience with Squarespace is a plus).
*Ensure websites are responsive, visually appealing, and client-friendly.
*Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience in web development (portfolio required).
*Familiarity with website builders (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress) and/or coding from scratch.
*Strong adaptability — able to choose and learn tools that best fit client needs.
*Strong communication and client management skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
*Adaptable candidates preferred.
