About Us:
We are a real estate investment and wholesaling company that creates a large amount of social media content to grow our brand and generate leads. We’re looking for a skilled video editor who can take our raw video footage and consistently turn it into high-quality reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that get attention and drive engagement.

Role Overview:
We need a creative Video Editor to edit 30 reels per month (1 per day). The ideal candidate understands trending formats, hooks, captions, and fast-paced editing styles that perform well on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities:

Edit 30 reels/short-form videos per month (provided raw footage).

Add captions, subtitles, emojis, b-roll, and transitions to make content engaging.

Keep videos 30–90 seconds, optimized for TikTok/IG/YouTube.

Understand social media trends and apply them to editing style.

Deliver content on a consistent schedule (daily/weekly batch).

Work closely with our marketing team to improve performance and style.

Requirements:

Proven experience editing short-form content (please provide portfolio/examples).

Strong knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).

Ability to create engaging captions and titles.

Knowledge of social media algorithms and what makes content go viral.

Fast turnaround and ability to meet deadlines.

Reliable internet connection.

Compensation:

Fixed monthly salary (based on skill/experience).

Bonuses available for viral-performing content.

Long-term role with growth potential (we are scaling content output fast).
