1. Job's Mission
The Appointment Setter’s primary mission is to reach out to potential clients, effectively communicate the benefits of commercial cleaning or parking lot maintenance services, and secure qualified appointments. This role is critical in generating new business opportunities through strong communication skills and meticulous follow-up practices. The target is to secure 15 qualified appointments per month.
2. Outcomes
The specific achievements expected from the Appointment Setter are:
Lead Engagement: Successfully engage a specified number of leads per month through phone calls and
Appointment Scheduling: Secure a target number of qualified appointments each week, demonstrating a clear understanding of the services and the client's specific needs.
CRM Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system for all interactions, ensuring data integrity supports sales and marketing efforts.
Follow-Up Efficiency: Demonstrate effective follow-up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet committed to an appointment, with the goal of increasing conversion rates.
Sales Pipeline Contribution: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads effectively, contributing to the overall sales targets of the organization.
Communication and Reporting: Regularly report on appointment setting activities, challenges, and successes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
3. Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications
At least 1+ years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or similar roles. Specific roles considered similar include:
Telemarketing: Engaging prospects via phone to promote services or products.
Inside Sales: Selling products or services remotely, typically via phone or
Business Development Representative (BDR): Prospecting and qualifying leads to drive business growth.
Sales Development Representative (SDR): Focusing on outbound lead generation and appointment setting.
Call Center Agent with Outbound Calling Experience: Making proactive calls to customers or prospects.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with a neutral accent.
Experience in phone sales, inbound or outbound calling for B2B industries (preferably in facilities, cleaning, or maintenance services).
