Virtual Administrative Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys balancing multiple responsibilities across marketing, scheduling, and client support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate
- Handle scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Outlook.
- Organize and track tasks and documents in Microsoft SharePoint.
- Must have experience in updating and maintaining WordPress websites.
- Support HubSpot CRM management (contacts, workflows, reporting).
- Provide light client account management, including follow-ups and task coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, HubSpot, and WordPress.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working 100% remotely.
Details:
- Hours: 10–15 per week
- Location: Remote (US-based preferred, but open to other time zones)
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience
