Job Title: YouTube Video Editor for Real Estate Channel (Part-Time)

Description:
I am a real estate agent based in Kansas City building a YouTube channel focused on new construction and home tours. I am looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented video editor with proven YouTube long-form editing experience to help bring my property tour videos to life.

This is a part-time position requiring about 8 hours per week (may be more hours available in the future). The monthly pay is $300–$400 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
• Edit raw home tour footage into engaging long-form YouTube videos (8-20 minutes each).
• Add text overlays, graphics, and branded call-to-action slides (subscribe, like, contact, contact info, etc.).
• Adjust audio, color, and lighting to maintain professional quality.
• Incorporate background music and smooth transitions where needed while keeping the focus on the property.
• Deliver high-quality videos ready for upload

Requirements:
• Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content

Bonus Skills:
• Thumbnail design
• Motion graphics/animations
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO best practices
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention strategies.
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
