The Role

We are seeking a motivated Construction Estimator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing quotations, cost estimates, and tenders for a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential waterproofing and flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions.

Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents.

Source and negotiate supplier & subcontractor pricing.

Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and clients.

Maintain cost databases and update pricing records.

Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and WHS requirements.

About You

Previous experience in construction estimating (preferably waterproofing, coatings, flooring, or membranes).

Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.

Proficiency in MS Excel, estimating software, and take-off programs.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Trade background (waterproofing, flooring, or related) highly regarded.
