Recruiter / Dispatcher (Full-Time Position)

Overview:
The Recruiter & Dispatcher position is responsible for both human resources recruitment/compliance and day-to-day dispatching operations. You will play a key role in building and maintaining Rids Brother Company’s driver network while ensuring all trips are assigned, monitored, and completed efficiently. This position requires a strong background in HR/recruitment as well as proven experience in dispatching.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatching & Operations (Required)
- Monitor trip status in real-time, ensuring on-time performance.
- Provide direct support and problem-solving for drivers and clients.
- Keep accurate and detailed trip records for reporting and analysis.
- Recruitment, HR & Compliance (Required)
- Source and recruit qualified drivers and vendors through multiple channels.
- Conduct interviews and initial screenings to ensure candidates meet standards.
- Manage onboarding processes, including collection and verification of compliance documents (licenses, insurance, background checks, medicals, etc.).
- Maintain compliance trackers, monitor expirations, and follow up on renewals.
- Support internal and client audits with organized, accurate HR documentation.
- Collaborate with compliance officers, vendors, and dispatch teams to ensure readiness.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in dispatching (transportation, logistics, or related field).
- Background in HR/recruitment required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail with ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in scheduling, HRIS, dispatch, or CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt under pressure.
