This role is exclusively for experienced project managers or project coordinators with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SEO campaigns in agency environments.

We're seeking multiple roles related to SEO Agency Project Management positions, we are seeking professionals who understand the complexity of managing multiple client SEO campaigns simultaneously while maintaining exceptional delivery standards and client satisfaction.

You'll be managing 15-25 active SEO client accounts across competitive industries including finance, healthcare, legal, e-commerce, and B2B SaaS. Each client requires coordinated execution across content, technical SEO, link building, and reporting teams while maintaining strict quality standards and deadlines.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Multi-Client SEO Campaign Management
Manage or assist in the management of 15-25 active SEO client accounts simultaneously with varying complexity levels
Coordinate monthly deliverables including content creation, technical audits, link building campaigns, and performance reports
Ensure all SEO deliverables meet quality standards before client delivery
Track project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple teams
Manage project budgets and resource allocation to maintain profitability targets

Cross-Functional Team Coordination
Lead weekly tea ---------- etings coordinating Content Writers, Technical SEO Specialists, Link Builders, and Designers
Assign and track tasks across departments using advanced project management systems
Identify and resolve bottlenecks that could impact client delivery timelines
Ensure seamless handoffs between teams and departments
Monitor team capacity and workload distribution for optimal efficiency

Client Communication & Relationship Management
Conduct weekly client calls presenting progress updates, results, and strategic recommendations
Translate technical SEO concepts into business language for C-level client stakeholders
Manage client expectations and scope creep while maintaining project profitability
Handle client escalations and resolve issues before they impact account retention
Present monthly strategy sessions and quarterly business reviews

Quality Assurance & Process Optimization
Review all client deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency before delivery
Maintain and improve SOPs for consistent project delivery across all accounts
Track KPIs including on-time delivery, client satisfaction scores, and team productivity
Identify process improvements and implement efficiency optimizations
Ensure compliance with SEO best practices and agency quality standards

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

SEO Agency Experience & Expertise
Minimum 3 years of project management experience specifically in SEO agencies
Proven track record managing 10+ simultaneous SEO client accounts
Deep understanding of SEO deliverables, timelines, and quality standards
Experience coordinating technical SEO, content marketing, and link building teams
Knowledge of SEO tools and reporting: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console

Project Management Technical Skills
Expert proficiency with enterprise project management tools (Detail your experience and ability to set up or adapt to new tools)
Advanced knowledge of resource planning, capacity management, and timeline optimization
Experience with time tracking and project profitability analysis
Understanding of agency billing models and project budget management
Proficiency with client reporting tools and dashboard creation

Client Management & Communication
Native-level English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience conducting client presentations and strategy sessions
Track record of maintaining excellent client satisfaction scores
Experience managing client expectations and handling difficult conversations
Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact language

Team Leadership & Process Management
Experience leading and coordinating teams of 10+ specialists across multiple departments
Strong understanding of SEO workflow optimization and process improvement
Ability to mentor junior tea ---------- mbers and implement training programs
Experience with SOP development and quality assurance protocols
