Lead Generation Specialist – Appointment Setter for Mortgage Business

We’re looking for a rock-solid, dependable appointment setter to join our team. This is a straightforward role: you’ll be calling real estate agents, following a proven script (Mortgage Marketing Animals style), and booking appointments for me to meet with them (coffee, lunch, Zoom, etc.). That’s it.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Make outbound calls to realtors using our script (already written for you).

Follow the proven call process from Mortgage Marketing Animals.

Book 3 quality appointments per week for me to meet with real estate agents.

Keep simple, accurate notes of calls and appointments.
