Short-Form Content Scriptwriter / Marketing Copywriter

We’re looking for a creative Scriptwriter to join our team long-term, helping craft compelling scripts for short-form business content, including social media ads, promos, and brand videos. We value not only skill but also someone who is cool, collaborative, and excited to build a strong working relationship over time.
Responsibilities include:
Writing punchy, attention-grabbing scripts for videos under 1–3 minutes
Translating brand voice, images, and themes into engaging narratives
Collaborating closely with our video production team to ensure scripts fit visuals and pacing
Revising scripts based on feedback to maximize engagement and impact
The goal is to create content that captures attention instantly and motivates viewers to take action, whether it’s learning more, following, or purchasing.
Skills & Requirements:
Passion for short-form content (social media ads, TikToks, Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, etc.)
Ability to adapt tone and style to match different brands and industries
Creative mindset with the ability to grab attention in the first few seconds
Excellent command of English (or the language the content will be in)
Enjoys collaborating and is excited to grow with a team long-term
Fast turnaround and willingness to iterate based on feedback
Optional but desirable:
Background in advertising, marketing, or communications
Portfolio showcasing short-form scripts that drove engagement or conversions
