About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to support the acquisition of mental health and healthcare practices in Colorado, and USA. This role goes beyond typical administrative support—you will act as the right-hand partner to the business owner, assisting with business development, outreach, organization, and due diligence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Research & Outreach
Identify and research mental health and healthcare practices in Colorado.
Find accurate contact information for practice owners and decision-makers.
Reach out to owners via
Track and follow up on communications to maintain a pipeline of potential acquisitions.
Marketing & Campaign Management
Assist in setting up and managing outreach campaigns to target practices.
Draft professional communications with excellent English grammar and tone.
Coordinate with marketing efforts to attract practice owners.
Due Diligence & Organizational Support
Help review and organize due diligence documents during acquisitions.
Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and shared folders to ensure smooth workflows.
Organize calendars, meetings, and follow-ups with sellers, brokers, and advisors.
Executive Assistance
Support the owner with day-to-day organizational tasks.
Prepare reports, summaries, and key insights from conversations and documents.
Act as a reliable and proactive partner, anticipating needs and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant (healthcare or M&A experience a plus).
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Skilled in online research, lead generation, and contact discovery.
Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work on time.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in healthcare, business administration, or acquisitions support.
Experience with
Familiarity with due diligence processes (financial, legal, or operational).
