JOB OVERVIEW

WP Support Specialists is a small, high-performing remote team supporting clients in the UK, USA, and Europe. We keep WordPress sites fast, secure, and running smoothly. If you love solving problems quickly and enjoy working in a no-nonsense, proactive environment, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role
You'll be a key player on our support and development team. The work is varied and fast-paced, focused on fixing WordPress problems, performing updates and maintenance, communicating with clients, and ensuring every site stays at its best. You'll need to think on your feet, communicate clearly, and take real ownership of your work.

Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress issues (plugin conflicts, WooCommerce errors, slow sites, broken layouts, etc)
• Maintain and enhance client sites using page builders (especially Elementor), custom themes, and plugins
• Handle regular updates, backups, and QA checks
• Communicate with clients and tea ---------- mbers in clear, professional English (written and spoken)
• Document work thoroughly in our project management system ( ---------- )
• Proactively flag and resolve potential issues before they impact clients

Must-Have Skills
• Strong WordPress experience (support, development, troubleshooting)
• Solid skills in Elementor, ACF, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
• WooCommerce setup and problem-solving
• Quick, accurate written and spoken English (C1 or above)
• Fast, reliable internet and ability to work agreed hours (see application form)

Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with other builders (Avada, WPBakery, Divi, Enfold)
• MemberPress or LMS experience
• Creating written/video guides for clients or team
• Slack and ---------- familiarity
