Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, build, and deploy
Content Creation:
Write, design, and edit engaging copy and visuals that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our audience.
Segmentation & Targeting Build and maintain audience lists, segments, and personalization strategies to drive higher open rates and conversions.
Automation Set up and optimize automated customer journeys (welcome sequences, post-purchase flows, win-back campaigns, etc.).
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates), prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide insights for improvement.
A/B Testing: Test subject lines, send times, designs, and messaging to optimize performance.
Compliance: Ensure all campaigns follow best practices for deliverability, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align
Qualifications
* Proven experience in
* Strong writing, editing, and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and list hygiene.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Familiarity with **e-commerce** and customer lifecycle marketing.
