About the role:

You’ll be responsible for keeping our financial operations running smoothly across multiple e-commerce brands. From monitoring daily profit and loss to preparing clear, actionable reports, you’ll make sure every number tells the right story.
You’ll also review invoices before processing, spot errors before anyone else does, and communicate directly with suppliers and our internal team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

Who you are
• You have solid experience in accounting or bookkeeping, ideally within e-commerce or digital operations.
• You’re accurate, analytical, and confident in taking responsibility.
• You know your way around Google Spreadsheets and love working in a structured environment.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating, and take pride in keeping things perfectly organized.
• You work with a dual-screen setup. Precision deserves the right tools.
