JOB OVERVIEW

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who understands how systems, strategy, and data come together to drive performance.
This person knows their way around Infusionsoft (Keap) and can move confidently inside other CRMs like GoHighLevel, FollowUpBoss, and automation tools like Zapier. They understand how to build, maintain, and optimize automations that connect the dots between marketing, sales, and fulfillment without breaking the flow.
They’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams, contributing to strategy discussions and helping translate ideas into effective, scalable automation systems. Even when their ideas aren’t implemented, their input is valued and encouraged.

The Role
You’ll collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to build and maintain automations that improve conversion, communication, and reporting.
This role requires a mix of technical skill, systems thinking, and clear communication. You’ll be responsible for creating clean workflows, integrating platforms, maintaining CRM health, and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
Build and manage automations inside Infusionsoft, GoHighLevel, and FollowUpBoss
Create and maintain integrations through Zapier and other API tools
Audit current workflows and make recommendations for optimization and improved conversion
Collaborate with the marketing team to bring automation strategies to life
Ensure data accuracy, CRM hygiene, and consistent tagging and segmentation
Troubleshoot automation or integration issues quickly and efficiently
Develop and maintain system documentation and process maps
Generate performance reports and provide insights that help guide decisions
Collaborate with the web and funnel design team to connect ClickFunnels pages and lead forms to the proper CRM workflows
Build conditional and dynamic workflows that respond to lead behavior and data triggers

Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in CRM and marketing automation
Deep working knowledge of Infusionsoft (Keap)
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, FollowUpBoss, and Zapier/API integrations
Strong understanding of automation logic, workflow mapping, and data flow between systems
Experience troubleshooting integrations and data sync issues
Basic understanding of CRM-based reporting and analytics
Ability to assess automation performance and identify areas for improvement
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Must be able to collaborate confidently with a marketing strategy team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and dependable with a solutions-first mindset
Experience with ClickFunnels or WordPress form integrations is a plus
Familiarity with segmentation logic and dynamic workflows preferred

Compensation
