Job Title: Web Designer / Conversion-Focused Funnel & Shopify Developer

We're laser-focused on direct response marketing—and we know that the page is the pitch.

We’re hiring a Web Designer & Developer who can design in Figma and build pages that convert—across both Shopify and direct response funnels (landing pages, VSLs, quiz funnels, lead-gen flows). If you understand how visual design impacts performance, have the ability to code or push builds live, and thrive in a fast-paced, test-heavy environment—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
???? Strategy & Creative (Figma):

Create clean, modern, and conversion-driven designs using Figma

Design mobile-first landing pages, Shopify product pages, and custom funnel components

Apply direct response principles (hook, urgency, clarity, social proof, strong CTA)

Collaborate with copywriters and media buyers to align creative with ad angles

????? Development & Implementation:

Build and launch landing pages, quiz funnels, and VSL pages using HTML/CSS/JS or no-code tools (e.g., Go High Level, Webflow, ClickFunnels)

Customize and optimize Shopify storefronts, product templates, and upsell flows

Ensure all pages are mobile-optimized, fast-loading, and responsive

Integrate forms, tracking pixels, API hooks, and automations where necessary

???? Optimization & Testing:

Run A/B tests for page layout, CTAs, form flows, and offer positioning

Analyze performance (bounce rate, CTR, load time) and optimize accordingly

Collaborate with performance marketing team to prioritize fast iterations

Stay current on CRO best practices and Shopify updates

You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have:

3+ years experience in direct response web design and development

Deep experience designing in Figma and building in Shopify, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS

A portfolio with live examples of landing pages and Shopify stores that drove revenue

Strong knowledge of mobile UX, A/B testing, and CRO strategy

Familiarity with tools like Google Optimize, Hotjar, GTM, and Zapier

Ability to move fast and iterate quickly based on real ad data

Comfortable working U.S. CST hours and meeting tight deadlines

Bonus Points:

Experience working with Go High Level and VSL/quiz funnel architecture

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or eComm performance brands

JavaScript experience or familiarity with Shopify Liquid

Understanding of HIPAA-safe design or ADA compliance
