Real Estate Cold Caller & skip tracing

About Us: We are a growing real estate wholesaling company that connects motivated property sellers with cash investors. We're looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help us build our network of active cash buyers and real estate investors. The work hours will increase as our business increases .

Primary Responsibilities: • Make 5-10 cold calls daily to real estate investors and cash buyers using provided lead lists • Follow proven scripts to identify active investors interested in purchasing more properties • Gauge investor buying criteria, preferred budget ranges, and current activity level • Conduct basic skip tracing using Google and free online tools to find updated contact information • Use Google Voice for calling/texting and Google Sheets to track all call outcomes and investor details • Maintain accurate records of all conversations, buyer preferences, and follow-up activities

Required Qualifications: • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) • Previous cold calling experience preferred (real estate experience is a plus) • Comfortable making cold calls with a positive attitude • Basic computer skills and ability to learn Google Voice/Sheets quickly • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace • Available to work during US business hours • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
