Facebook Ads Specialist + Designer

Job Description:
We are a growing Shopify store specializing in luxury watch straps and are looking for a motivated Facebook Ads Specialist to help us grow our online presence and drive sales. This is a part-time role (approx. 3 hours per day) ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to promote our Shopify store.
Research and target the right audiences for luxury watch strap buyers.
Optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve CTR and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports on key metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA, etc.).
Suggest improvements to the overall marketing strategy to increase sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience running successful Facebook Ads campaigns for e-commerce or Shopify stores.
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven adjustments.
Creative mindset for developing ad copy and visuals that appeal to luxury buyers.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
