BlinkHire partners with leading organizations to deliver exceptional recruitment and growth solutions. We’re seeking a full-time digital marketing expert with proven experience in paid ads, lead generation, and social media growth. This role is an opportunity to take ownership of our marketing channels and play a key role in scaling our impact.

Responsibilities

Run & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

Create high-performing ad creatives (copy, graphics, short videos) that connect with U.S. parents/caregivers.

Grow our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts (currently ~200 followers each) into thousands with authentic engagement.

Report weekly on key metrics: CPL, conversions, engagement, and follower growth.

Collaborate closely with our intake and leadership team to align ad campaigns and content.

Requirements

Full-time (40 hrs/week), exclusive commitment to BlinkHire.

Work U.S. EST hours: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM EST.

Proven track record running ads in healthcare or restricted categories (ABA experience is a strong plus).

Strong portfolio of successful ad creatives and social media growth projects.

Excellent spoken and written English.
