The working schedule has some flexibility, but will likely be 7pm-3am Philippines time.

The AI Automation Expert will design, develop, and implement automation workflows using platforms such as Make, n8n, Lovable, or similar tools. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, optimize processes, and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Development: Build, test, and deploy automation workflows using tools like Make, n8n, Lovable, Zapier, or other low-code/no-code platforms.

Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and design AI-driven automation solutions to streamline operations.

Integration: Connect various applications, APIs, and systems to create seamless workflows that integrate with existing tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, or communication platforms).

AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) to enhance automation capabilities, such as natural language processing, data analysis, or predictive modeling.

Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience building automations with platforms like Make, n8n, Lovable, Zapier, or similar tools.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in low-code/no-code automation platforms.
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML, etc.).
Basic understanding of scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
Experience integrating AI tools or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI) is highly desirable.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective automation solutions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
