Social Media Specialist

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week to start moving into full time
Compensation: $400/month base + commission

We’re looking for a motivated Social Media Specialist to help us strengthen our online presence and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Role Overview:
The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You’ll create and schedule content, monitor performance analytics, and work closely with our marketing team to refine campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Research industry trends and develop posts that align with our brand voice and goals

Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments in a timely, professional manner

Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns

Track analytics and report on performance to identify areas for improvement

Contribute creative ideas to increase reach, leads, and audience engagement

Qualifications:

Experience managing business social media accounts (portfolio or examples preferred)

Strong writing and visual communication skills

Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or GoHighLevel preferred)

Understanding of content trends, hashtags, and engagement tactics

Highly organized and self-motivated with attention to detail

Basic design experience in Canva or similar tools is a plus
