Hi! I’m Chris, founder of **EchoDesk**.

We’re a U.S.-based startup helping local home service businesses look and operate like big brands, without needing a big team. Think home inspectors, pest control companies, pressure washers, mobile auto detailers, and other hands-on pros that keep communities running.

We’re growing and looking for a **Website & Social Media VA** who can start part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role. The ideal person is **creative, self-driven, and highly skilled with GoHighLevel (GHL)**, while also having a knack for design, social media, and light prospecting.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

* Building and maintaining client websites inside GoHighLevel (templates + custom builds)
* Setting up booking systems, forms, and simple funnels
* Managing and scheduling social media posts for clients
* Helping create eye-catching graphics and light content edits
* Running basic prospecting tasks (social outreach, profile setup, etc.)
* Collaborating with the team to deliver a polished, branded online presence

**Must-Have Skills**

* Proven experience building websites in **GoHighLevel (GHL)**
* Strong eye for design and clean, professional layouts
* Understanding of SEO basics and website performance best practices
* Ability to manage and schedule social media content
* Reliable, organized, and able to deliver without constant hand-holding
* Strong written English

**Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)**

* Experience with **home service clients** (inspectors, HVAC, pest control, etc.)
* Social media ad setup (FB/IG/Google)
* Light copywriting and content creation skills

**Schedule & Pay**

* **Part-time**: 20–25 hours/week to start
* Potential to scale into **full-time** as we grow
* Working hours: Flexible, but at least some overlap with U.S. Central Time
* Starting rate: **$5.50/hour**
* Performance-based raises (reviewed every 90 days)
* Payment: Every two weeks via Wise
